Aranda

Great course (red 3) on Aranda bush lands and Black Mtn. Al and I started at the same time and went different ways to get to the long number 1. I went left across the GDE overpass and she went right under the arch tunnel - and got there a few seconds ahead (~11min leg). I got ahead a couple of controls later and managed to stay in front, trying to run a bit harder to not get caught. Good fun!

Wu - 2km
4 x miles (90" walk/jog) through KP (hit the deck pretty hard on a slippery bit near Frost Hollow dam so walked for a bit before starting again) with most running on blackie tracks. Haven't bothered looking at times, they'll be totally abysmal!
Wd - 10mins slow jog home across the GDE and along Bandjalong

Jog up Blackie. Back, legs, Achilles all super tight and could hardly run. Really need to stretch or something but can never be bothered at night!
