Joined the girls for another sat morning session at stromlo. I did:

2 x 2km (on the 1km loop) - 9'23 (4'30), 9'02 (2')
1 x 1km - 4'30
2 x 500m hill loop - 2'09, 2'13

Did the first 2km with shoes as there was a red belly black sighting where the swooping maggie was last week! I didn't see it though, so took my chances and ran bare foot for the rest.

Session I did was modified to others:
1 x double - 9'30 (no rec). Used to take about 7mins for these, sigh!
1 x top of OC return - 4'37

2 x horseshoes - 2'56, 3'03

3 x doyles (medium, high knees, fast) - 55", 58", 49"

Jog back to car - 9'11

Cold, wet and dark but glad to have gone. Hardly ever run in these conditions so it was a bit of a novelty! Did 12 x 1' (30" jog) mainly along Dryandra and Miller sts. Hamstring so terrible that I now have an appt booked with Cathy next Tuesday
