shoes: X-Talon 212 2014

Scottish 6 Days, Day 6, Glen Affric, Course 39

Feeling tired from the week of orienteering and terrain, was doing pretty well and got half way round. Running well on an easy trod, twisted my ankle and retired! Boo

Loved the start in the intricate contour area, good fun. Found the long legs through the marshes phyiscally tough and should've gone straighter. One big mistake where I wasn't at my attackpoint towards the end
