My stomach was absolutely rolling. Don't eat dinner right before you go run, kids. Be super hungry instead. Trust me, it's better. I went slowly to avoid retching. But I got to talk with a cool runner from Connecticut who likes mountains and knows what both the Olympics and the Cascades are.

Right after my run, I ran upstairs to grab my climbing gear and headed out to the free climbing night. Lots of fun! I'm still working on getting a V2 :/ I know it won't happen overnight but sometimes I wish it would.
