Testing. Range of movement in left knee still reduced and was sore, should have probs done it on grass and not the road. Just praying that the pain gets significantly less.

Harvester Leg 3 - 4.4km



Moved myself off the 11km last leg since hobbling that would be a bit much, and onto the shortest night leg so I would lose as little time as possible for the team. However after Daniels epic it was getting visibly lighter by the time I started, and had been standing about for a while so didn't bother stripping off and giving Daniel my jacket which turned out to be a mistake.

In terms of the race I adopted a straight leg running technique which I'm not going to lie isn't the fastest. Technically was fine only two ~30s misses which were me just being silly.

Think I actually managed to pull the team up a few places as well, hahaha God knows.

Little spin out on the bike to test the knee. It was sore all the way round but didn't get worse or better throughout. Guess it just needs more time to heal.

Knee improving, swelling almost gone but still sore when I do anything other than walking. Maybe running at the weekend.

Short morning swim, knee fine apart from when turning at each end which required a bit of extra leg movement. Still sore to move.
