Probably the best race of today. Butterfly with three loops. Quickly caught heading from 8 to 14 :D Ran well enough to get into the B Final mass start.

Felt good about this one until I got back after the whole race (with map exchange) and realized I'd skipped 4&5 le sigh... oh well I still enjoyed my run.

The map was tricky to read being old ISOM standard. Each runner ran both courses I ran 2nd (Course A) 4th (Course B). Felt a bit blah but I had fun!

Simple hike up Capilano River with work for team building and a chat with an Arc'teryx rep at the turnaround point. Working for an outdoor equipment store in your "free time" has its perks! (Plus I was paid to go on a hike on a sunny day :)
