Saw John today for the calf and got a serious dry needling. Bloody sore now but will loosen up overnight and it should be ok to run on the weekend.

Have joined in with John's runnign group for Thursdays to kick start my running, especially inerval running.

This was loops of Barrenjoey Dr, approx 850m long with a 2min rest. plan was for 6 reps, I did 4 before the calf twinged. Felt pretty god up untl then and it was good to run fast again.
