(injured)

Official diagnosis of Posterior tibial tendon dysfunction...which mean the under inside of my ankle tendon is inflamed, and hurts...especially when sidehilling. This is in addition to the sore left knee, so the left leg is a bit weak these days. PT starts next week. The Dr. noted my collapsing arch, that didn't sound too good. Got a pair of orthotics, which seemed to help in the run today.
