Warm up, not realizing I had missed my start.......
Start crew was very accomodating, I started about 3 minutes before I thought my start time was..

Two bad routes which cost a few minutes, picked up Stora moo for the last 8 controls which picked up my pace.

Hill first loop of this weekend's butterfly sprint at Blue Hills West. Noticed my shoe seemed to be loose, checked knot, looked tight. Around control 6 looked again, the whole bottom was loose. Seemed prudent to abort as only my toes were still in the shoe...
Re checked some of the control locations............
It will be a fun course.
