Spin date w Pam. Tried out a different location. I was excited about their new Stages spin bikes. Stages: the power meter company. Turns out these bikes are the lowest end of the Stages line: full analog, no display. On the upside, the room wasn't a dank pit like the other gym and the instructor was pretty good. The no display is probably a deal breaker though. First world problems.

Circling Portsmouth with Rob in the snow. About 1" on the ground. All leg muscles sore after this relatively easy, short run - WTF? Altered gait in snow? Metabolic?
