Orienteering Rural race 6:04:30 [5] 37.0 km (9:51 / km)

Great Forest Rogaine - 6hr foot w Thomas. Nav went well with only 1 small mistake walking past a hard to see track entrance while chatting . I think we made a reasonable plan, but leaving the easy pickings for the end backfired a little when we ran out of puff and therefore time. Definitely went to hard for the first 2 hours in the flat area, suffered pretty bad for the last 2 hours. Apparently we ran/shuffled/walked 37 k's which might be why my legs hurt so bad two days later ?
