Orienteering race (State League #11) 48:51 [5] *** 6.86 km (7:07 / km) +150m 6:25 / km
spiked:13/21c shoes: Asics Kayano 20

Very scrappy run. Lost loads of time on a number of controls but seems like everyone else must of as was only 1.30 behind the lead.

Lost time on #1 (10 secs), #2 (10 secs), #3 (10 secs), #4 (20 secs), #9 (20 secs), #12 (2 min - got lost in track network and had no idea where I was), #13 (10 secs), #17 (10 secs). So all up 4.30.

Otherwise felt good running.

Legs feeling pretty tired from a heavy training load. Otherwise felt good running.

Lost small bits of time on about 5-6 controls, most being 10 secs. But lost more time going to #4 when I was helping a guy up (which likely was a broken hand) , once he was ok headed in the wrong direction to the control and then mispunching too. Probably would have finished a min behind Aidan/Ondrej barring the disaster at #4.

Scrappy run and got worse as run went on. Lost time on #1 (10 secs), #8 (20 secs), #11 (10 secs), #14 (30 secs), #16 (30 secs) and #18 (10 secs). Really need to cut out these errors.
