Ride with Shane and Benannan from Windsor through Wilberforce, Ebenezer and then missed the turnoff for the ferry at Lower Portland and rode out an extra 5km before having to turnaround. After the ferry crossing at Lower Portland rode along the Hawkesbury River. Ben got a flat and it took ages to fix as all his spare tubs were manufacturing duds. We stopped at Wisemans Ferry for lunch and then rode up the busy Easter traffic road through Glenorie to Pennant Hills.

Flew out to Parkes in the afternoon and then drove out to Condobolin. Tested the achilles properly today and it felt ok. Ran out along the Lachlan River and around the streets. Stopped a few times to stretch the calves.
