4c (injured)

Decided to go out anyways. Got to point 3 and had to cross the stream which was pretty cold. My feet being a little heavier hurt my shin and coming down a hill to a re-entrant I took another fall, almost exactly like last night's and it pulled it even more. I got 4 and came in. On the walk it was feeling better so I did the next training and it felt much better since it was all open woods.

21c shoes: Icebug Spirit olx

First three points were for compass, only showing a small portion of the map around the point. 4-7 were contour lines only. 7 to 8 was a corridor. 8-20 were control picking. And 20-21 was corridor. Pretty fun training.

Moved down a course due to exhaustion. Messed up on #2 and 6. I don't know how I won. But that makes me 2-0 for getting first place on Night-Os!

Also hurt my shin when I fell. Icing and stretching it, hopefully it feels better tomorrow so I can still run.
