Easy run. I didn't feel too well today. I felt very tired and lacked energy the entire time.

Kind of random for our coach to tell us to sprint for two pace counts then jog back.

Running 29:39 [5] 4.0 mi (7:25 / mi) +100m 6:53 / mi
shoes: Nike Free 5.0

Felt good today, not sore from the weekend. All I was thinking about was mis-punching on Sunday though, I;m still going to train hard for West Point. I really need to prove myself up there and run a solid red course.

Orienteering race (Middle) 49:51 [5] **** 3.6 mi (13:51 / mi) +250m 11:23 / mi
21c shoes: Icebug Spirit olx

I felt pretty good today, especially after not having a good weekend. I was satisfied with my time other than a careless error of mispunching and small mistakes on point 2. I checked every single designator but #19 because I had seen it before I had to go to it so I thought it was mine so I just decided to sprint to it. It could also be my last race for FUMA, I may not go to West Point but if I'm still selected for JNT I will try my hardest to get there.

Orienteering race (Long) 1:57:00 [5] ***** 6.6 mi (17:44 / mi) +400m 14:55 / mi
15c shoes: Icebug Spirit olx

Terrible terrible day. I have never done well on a long course. It would be a dream to get to Colorado this summer or some other camps to train on long courses. I had major problems switching back to 1:10,000 after the sprint, the terrain really confused me.
