Had to get up in the middle of the night for that really short leg and managed to get a good run with only some time loss on the way to the 3rd control as I was too low on the hill and haven't much energy left to climb up that steep hill.

Seventh and last leg for me and in the end a long one. As I was very tired I made a whole lot of bad mistakes in the middle of the race as i orientated from 8th to 10th control at first and the took the wrong route to the 12th control as it would have been much faster to run the road than at the slope. And again didn't had any energy left to climb the hills.

Started as second runner of our team and only about 30 seconds behind Lars. I managed to catch up and we had a good pace. We both pushed each other a bit and get along with a really good race without any bigger mistakes.

Second leg for me, got a really good race as in the first leg, just couldn't manage to get the 5th and 11th control on point, so lost some seconds there.

Third leg, wanted to slow a bit down as I knew i had to run 7 times, but was still faster than my projected time for the leg. I was a little insecure on 3rd and 6th control and lost some time at 13th control as i misread the trench as a contour line so the map didnt't match with the reality at first.

Fourth leg and a shorter one for me this time so again a little bit faster running. Lost some time as I was not high enough to the second control and was a bit out of direction to the 8th control.

Fifth leg and first night leg for me. Although it was an easy one there were a few difficult controls in there, especially the 10th and 11th control were set down in holes in the thicket. It was also pretty difficult to get to the 10th control as there was pretty dense thicket right in front of the control and i got lucky to see that control fast. For the rest of the race I had some problems away from 8th control and missed the first path in the darkness. 14th control was also a bit difficult to get to behause of all the undergrowth. After all that I nearly lost it on the 15th control and only managed to get back because I had this control earlier that day. I also got pretty lucky with the 22nd control.
