mentally felt awful so i decided to cope with it in a healthy way and go on a run. It helped and I discovered a new park that's small but good for easy runs, but I'm running out of new parks to discover :(

went to bed at like 6:30pm because I had nnothing else to do and it was starting to get cold. Heard a pack of coyotes scream twice, was a little freaky. Was listening to my podcast to ward off paranoia until I fell asleep/my phone died, not sure which one happened first (probably the sleep). The morning was super beautiful though.

really nice morning. Went a slightly longer way back and honestly it was just the righ amount of backpacking, especially since I had to drive 3 hours back home. I'm solidly tired.

My watch claimed 13km, but when I saw the pace I called bs because it did not feel like I was going that fast, so I plotted it on plotaroute and whaddaya know. I thought I was doing 3x 1500m jog, 3x 1000m jog, 3x 500m jog each with a 500m walk as a rest.But apparently my watch gps was going crazy so ig that wasn't the case :( Although I was checking my watch pretty consistently and it didn't seem that off at the time, but idk maybe I was just being too hopeful about it.
