Orienteering (Jug Bay Chase - Blue) 1:35:08 [3] 10.24 km (9:17 / km) +128m 8:45 / km
ahr:145 max:172

Ran with Lucka. Most of the time she was pushing the pace for us to run and I was navigating, but a few times i definitely passed the navigation off to her because I was too focused on keeping up with her so it was nice to get a brain break. I might add a longer write-up later once I get some energy back

so I couldn't get myself to do anything at all today, probably my body telling me that I really really need a break. I feel bad taking a break because physically I don't feel that tired, but when I try to do something, I can't get myself to do it or to push as hard as I hoped.

Rock climbing (Sugarloaf Mountain) 1:59:07 [2]
ahr:85 max:96

Middle Earth Center area on top rope- so much fun. We started on a 5.7 with an overhang that we had a bit of trouble figuring out how to get over, but we got it eventually. Went to another 5.7 right next to it on an arete that felt wayyyyy easier. Then we tried a 5.9 right next to it with a start in an overhang that we just couldn't get, I slipped off a few times and nearly landed on the pointy rock just underneath me, so I climbed around the overhang instead and finished the climb.
Then we moved to another rope, climbed a 5.6 that also had a slightly overhanging start and had some really fun moves. We then did a 5.7 right next to it that started in a chimney and was really fun, I think I used my hips and my butt more than I did my hands in that chimney. Really fun and definitely tired me out a bit.
Finally I tried a 5.8 that had one bellyflop move to get onto a ledge. I struggled with that move, fell a few times, but eventually I got it and finished the climb. Had a ton of fun on this one too

I wish we could've stayed there longer, it was so nice and so fun climbing there, but Lucka was really tired from the weekend so we called it a day and went back to the car.
