Orienteering (Easter day 3) 1:13:36 [4] 10.17 km (7:14 / km) +364m 6:08 / km

Another strong run. Was surprisingly fresh after the previous days epic. A careful, but steady and strong run. No technical probs. took the flat long route choice to 2. found 7 before 6 on the first butterfly so only a small error. (like me others think map was a little dodgy)
no injury probs. another strong finish.

Very happy considering the lack of running preparation. Can hopefully maintain running ability and improve by the Ultralong, my highlight event for the year. should be a cracker day out.

As I had hoped I ran well. Started of very conservatively. Avoided contours early on. Achilies and hip a bit sore but warmed up by no.6. Was very careful with direction on vague controls and didnt have any other problems. was very happy with strong finish.

Hampered by lack of energy again. not sure why. just could run up hills at all. Navigated fine.

poor run. Average nav. Poor exit planning. Physically fatigue from the trip up. not happy all round. Lessons have been learnt.
