Mountainbike ride (Mt Annan) 51:57 [3] 15.0 km (3:28 / km)

The extensions since I last rode there make it AWESOME!. longer, more flow, drop offs and berms. soooooo much better.

Shoo 30min summer score event at Campbeltown uni. got them all in 20min. Ankle was a little sore before after some sand walking yesturday but it was quite heavily taped and warmed up well. ran almost flat out. At 1:5000 the campus is quite technical and happy with my control flow having to write down the control codes and remember my routes on the fly.

Felt really good, extended the ride because I was having such a good time. Really struggled at the end due to lack of food and water.

4 solid laps around North Sydney oval park. a bit on the grass, shorter stride on balls of feet, get the calves and foot stabilizers a bit more involved.

Have been waiting for this map and I'm annoyed I couldn't let loose on it. It was a good coarse. Had a good battle with Lee Coady and Lisa Grant. I think a pit more specific vegetation mapping would be good.
Ankle has had enough rough stuff until Saturday.
