Pre-ride the tough section of SM100 course. From Stokesville, gravel road climb up Shenandoah Mountain to Aid Station 5, Chestnut Ridge and Grindstone Mt descent to Aid Station 6. Really good training loop.

Explored the riverfront park in New Castle, DE and parts of the old town. Good paved path along shore and small beach is marked 4 miles roundtrip.

Iron HIll Disc Golf Course. 2nd time playing here, had the entire course to myself. Still difficult to spot the baskets. Practiced some drives at the end.
