Magnus Gluteus Maximus 50k fatass, team run. Hemlock, Fountainhead, Do Loop, and back. Good weather. Barely broke 6 hours, just 2 minutes over PR. Need to eat more, and stop ignoring cramps in the finishing miles of a race.

Drank 1 cup water

Should not have forced down the ice cream - painful.
