Biked to Chipotle, W&OD cruise. Still too hot and humid.

Scouting more bike trails around Wilson Cove, Bucktail. Nearly overheated going up long hike a bike, had to lie down for a nap in the middle of the trail twice. Nobody out on these remote trails) Then digestive system shut down and no energy for 3 hours, could not eat or drink without becoming nauseous and throwing up, borderline dehydrated. Amazing and fun downhill singletrack to finish though. About 4 hours of rest and sipping soda for stomach to recover, able to eat again. Good training. Probably pushed too hard trying to ride every climb in the first few hours.
