W and OD. Achilles still hurts due to some sort of rubbing, I don't think its tendinitis because it only hurts with running shoes and never without shoes. Pain went away after a while, or I got used to it. Cardio is starting to drop off because I haven't been running due to sickness and now this injury. It all started becuase I biked some of EFIX with my old bike shoes.
