Shake-down ride to Chelsea and back on the Tandem. Stopped for a sandwich at Mike's Deli. Yum!

Middy still has some saddle adjustments to make. Ordered a zero setback seat post for her so she can move her saddle 1cm forward. She's at the limit right now.

Slow jog around Olson Park, making sure my legs didn't forget their lesson from last week. Felt good, but didn't want to do too much as I'm "supposed" to be tapering for DK. But since I haven't done anything since last Saturday, not much to taper from.

Late afternoon gravel ride to loosen up the legs. So. Much. Traffic. 23N was a parking lot so everyone was driving the backroads. Cut the ride short a few miles because I was tired of eating dust and dodging cars and pot holes :(
