Really technical little sprint on one of the coolest schools I've ever seen. There were some complaints and a protest about some of the mapping (essentially that levels/uncross able levels weren't mapped with a thick enough line) which were reasonable but to be honest I didn't think it was any worse than 90% of sprints I've run on, and seems to happen most years at WOC anyway. I think in a sprint you just have to be adjustable and accept it won't go your way sometimes. But it's easier for me to say since it's not a WOC trial for me. I did lose time on the two parts of the course effected tho, most people did. Regardless, I felt good running today and it is the first time in 18months or so that I have really gone full tilt. Came away with a good run and result in the end. Tho top end has clearly suffered from a long time lack of training.
