Took quite a few days for the calf niggle to disappear when walking, so gave it a few more days on top before trying a run again. This felt pretty much ok, but towards the end felt a little bit tight - so good to keep this short and not rush back into things too quickly.

Oh dear, right calf started feeling a bit tight during the second half of this run and continued aching for the rest of the day - maybe a bit of a strain. Put a bit of ice on it and will take a good few days off now and hope it calms down soon.
