Warmup on the elliptical

Running 39:00 intensity: (21:00 @1) + (18:00 @5)

In Columbus for my mom's birthday party. Alli and I got up, handed Inara off to my mom, and went to the gym. After a warmup on the elliptical, I did intervals on the short indoor track they have. I did (3'-2'-1')x3, with 1 minute breaks between intervals and 2 minute breaks between sets.

Full set of exercises. Felt strong, except for bruised hand and still-chafed nipple.

Very light jog in Rock Creek after Alli dropped me off after baby swimming. I ran the Valley Trail most of the way, which is much flatter than my usual Western Ridge trail. Stopped a few minutes short of home, as I'd had enough recovery.

A very gentle roll on the recumbent bike at work. Day 1 of recovery week.

Stretching. Hamstrings and IT bands are sore, but the back seems ok (knock on wood!) Other sore parts are nipples and my bruised left hand. Should have worn gloves.
