Orienteering 1:11:01 [4] 7.4 km (9:36 / km)

A Red course at a NEOC local meet at Estabrook Woods. Time doesn't include map copying time (3:01). Ran very sloppily in the beginning and made plenty of mistakes throughout. Felt surprisingly good physically after a long run yesterday and little sleep last night, but had trouble making myself concentrate and pay attention to terrain.

Running with Kenny, Misha, Mikkel from Davis to Pine Hill, around Pine Hill on trails, then back to Davis. Definitely longer than we planned to run, especially since i was going to take today off. Oh well.

Longish run by the river with Misha. We ran to the Museum of Science and back, chattering in Russian, avoiding the topic of disaster.

Easyish run with Misha by the river to get our legs moving after the Boulder Dash.
