It was a great course, but not a great race. I had 4 errors: 2 huge'ish ones (>8min and >14min), and two small'ish ones (>1.5min each). The common theme to my errors was that I went too far right.

GearJunkie Salomon CityTrail race. Since I've been sick, I went very easy, and cut it short (came back halfway through the 90 minute time limit).

Came home sick mid-day, so I will have to skip the Salomon Autumn Trail Race tonight. Hopefully I'll be recovered for the GearJunkie race tomorrow and Nerstrand on Saturday

This was a runner's course, with a lot of trail running. Also a lot of prairie running, which is difficult for my ankle... it's hurting now.
