Gym time (weights) 2:00:00 [3]

Dumbells.....then some tricep dips.
Quite the hot weather this week, and by the time I get home from work, I'm toast.

Note

Our area has finally moved to Stage 2!!!!!!!! As of midnight Monday night.

I think we counted 5 small businesses in our town that didn't survive this long. And we don't know how many might not make it through the next few weeks. We've been eating "out" more often than usual, enjoying the wide variety of take out available in this tourist-destination town. Honestly, it is more money than we usually spend on eating out , but with no tourists (bird watchers, winery tours, Pelee Island curious folks etc.) coming to town, the restaurants and breweries need every bit of support they can get.

Working at home has been a-ok for me. I am on my laptop and phone all day, so it doesn't matter where I am. And working at home, I usually have the luxury of to-my-desk-delivery of a fresh sandwich/bowl of soup/salad at lunch time. Of course, no complaints about the commute either! But I started back into the office routine a couple times a week a couple weeks before I went on vacation. And will ramp it up from there this week as wheat harvest gets rolling.

Note

For those keeping track at home.....the saga of my missing SPF 50 leg cooler thingy......wore them 1-2 times in Florida, then when it got hot and sunny here last month, I could only find one. I pulled out all my summer clothes that I had in FL, wondering if it was stuck in with them. Nope. Then when I was setting up camp last week, there was a clump in the bottom of Paul's sleeping bag liner. Yup, my missing leg cooler thingy.
Of course I had purchased a new set 2 weeks ago.

Jogging (pavement) 27:00 [3] 2.2 mi (12:16 / mi)
shoes: New blue

For a sunrise shuffle, that was warm enough.

Fat Biking (pavement) 1:10:00 [2] 10.1 mi (6:56 / mi)

The fatbike was looking lonely, so I took it to do some errands.
1) iced latte at Red Lantern Coffee....owned by a biking guy, so really it is an excuse to exchange ideas on bike riding, local and a bit further away
2) Lee and Maria's market.....some local fresh produce and check out their awesome selection of local adult beverages (that is a new thing in Ontario to be able to sell them at a farmers market)
3) drug store....haven't been in one since early March.
4) scoping out the waterfront....insert sad face....the beach access is blocked off as too many covidiots were congregating there.
Pretty toasty day!
