Gym time (Boot camp) 1:00:00 [3]
We are into a new session so I guess that means different workouts....not that I ever did the same one twice in the previous session. Today included boxing gloves and some rope time. I have never donned boxing gloves before. And, if I am ever stuck in the bottom of a hole with only a rope to help me climb out, I'm doomed.

Long time at heavy resistance.....but the soundtrack was all Queen, so it was good.

I weighed out for the gym's Be Strong promo tonight.
In 2 months, during which I had the stress of starting a new job, all the caloric temptations of a wedding, Thanksgiving, Halloween and one beer tasting outing (and last Saturday night's running social), I managed to:
1) lose 1.6 lbs,
2) maintain the same number of pounds of muscle.
Good thing I am not tired of spinach salads for lunch with vinaigrette dressing.
I doubt that is statistically significant, but at least it wasn't in the other direction.
