Day 3 of standing and seated climbs. I increase the resistance with each set.

And yes, I feel yesterday's class in a few parts of my body.

Adventure Bike (gravel, trail, pavement) 1:40:00 [3] 17.8 mi (10.7 mph)

Around the perimeter of Pelee Island with a brief detour inland to ride a new-to-us trail that actually goes through the woods.

Oddly cool after the scorcher yesterday, so I was glad I brought my full finger gloves for riding north into the wind!

Short spin around a big block after a yummy lunch at the new pub on the Island.

Gym time (Kettlebell TRX fusion) 50:00 [3]

8 am classes.....me, and 4 retirees. 4 strong ladies pretty well old enough to be my mother. Inspirational!

My former trainer lead the class and made me go get heavier kettlebells. Ooh, if yesterday's pilates doesn't cause me to groan getting out of bed tomorrow, this will.
Great class. Too bad she didn't teach it on Wed night rather than the guy who throws in 20 minutes of freakin' step aerobics.
