Brown course at OLOU's Otter Creek Ohio Valley Interscholastics meet. Bright sun and 50 degree temps made it a great day to be out on this easy (mostly yellow?) course.

Dead legs and difficulty breathing (seasonal allergies?) made this a short and hard run.

Tried to make up for the short running distance with a walk around Mystic Bay and was rewarded with a sighting of a Great Blue Heron and a beaver along the shore. Pleasant evening for a walk.
