Middle Creek meet set by Ben Hart. I walked the Orange course and had to deliberately keep from choosing cross-coutry routes in favor of using the trails. Walking compass-less allowed me to read the terrain more closely. Fun course with a couple of controls that seemed challenging for Orange.

Y mini training; simple run on the Monon from the Y N to 86th St then S to the Blind School entrance and back to the Y. I ran with another first time mini trainer, Rachel; we were out in front but one triathlete. Still managed not to sweat...too much.

Y mini training: 15 min S on the Monon and back, 6 sets of 4 min aerobic/30 sec snappy/30 sec walk and loop around, with the goal of finishing at the same pace as the beginning. I made it almost to 75th St and ended the last walk at the start so reached the goal.
