Orienteering race 50:02 [4] 5.1 km (9:49 / km) shoes: Inov8 X Talon 212
Expert 3 course at Wundabiniring, left Garmin at home, probably did 6+kms. 3-4 mins errors at 3 and 5, 2 mins at 6. At least I stretched out a little on the flatter, boring bits without any complaints from the calf muscles.
Running29:19 [3] 3.2 km (9:10 / km) shoes: ASICS GT 2170
Physio gave my calf the once-over yesterday and declared it better, but still tight - which is normal for me anyway. So I did 5km in Hyde Park tonight at a reasonable pace, and they felt ok. Now to find a little bit of condition in 3 weeks (some hope!)
Neck still a problem, got a bit sore after last couple of weeks riding, physio was painful but feels looser now.
