At Reabold, the traditional, shorter hills run, which I haven't done for over 18 months. From YMCA SW to the entrance opposite the Athletics stadium, zig-zag route up to the knoll at the S. end of the ridge, then a lap of the pines and back almost to the knoll, down the other side and back up the Zamia trail almost to the summit car park, and finally down again. No danger of doing the extra hill, 5 minutes outside the cut-off time of 40. Low HR on the flats and downs, plodding up the hills trying to keep the HR down.
