Lengthy warm up, could feel hamstring slightly

Crewe parkrun - 1st, 17.16
Felt like I was running a lot slower than I was, so that's a good sign.
Managed to hold the pace when feeling more tired as well.
Shame despite my warnings well in advance dosy people still take up the whole path, faster runners increasingly marginalised at parkrun I'm afraid... #inclusive

Hobbling first 2 minutes right hamstring was so tight, eased but could still feel it at end

Kelham Island Race

Very scrappy performance
Pace OK, but no more on the flat, lacking up and downhill, though hamstring (R) felt tight.
Made all sorts of mistakes, #5 told myself where to go on way to #4 but forgot to turn left
#11 bad route choice, same to #16
#18 tried to be clever without fully thinking it through, and did the opposite, very silly route involving gratuitous climb.
#19 forgot where I was
#21 overshot
#22 crossed roundabout in wrong place, stood there for at least a minute in total during race, bit of a lottery.
