Brutal climb x 2, but not the 'toughest parkrun in the UK' as they claimed at the start.
Hard to judge how hard to run outside the climb as either well out of breath or worried about the legs but think I did OK.

Meant to be 8 x 800 but the first rep proved the track was too icy so then 7 x 2 mins on the outfield which I was awful at for the first 3 then something clicked for the last 4 at the same effort level, very odd. Very cold.
