Drills 1:25:00 [4]

Today was an "easy" day!

In the morning, the team went to Hosmer Point and painted the dinning hall for community service ^_^ (in the pouring rain)

Then in the afternoon we had practice (in 30*C sun) of straight-up, fast-pace drills.

Stretched during the crossing portion of practice, Don't want to push the strain

Running intervals 5:00 [5]

300's.

Out and back 6 times, repeat three times with 3 minute breaks.

(Backlogging, bare with me)

Drills 40:00 [3]

But like.... f'real though... My hamstring was tighter than the b-boy dance move (Which is hella tite)

Because of how irritated/inflamed my muscle was getting, I got told to stop practicing so I could ice it and have magic applied to it...

Had E-stim done after practice: 10/10 would do again.

Swimming warm up/down 45:00 [3]

Dynamic stretching in the pool.

Literally the best part of the day!

Note
(injured)

Too much of a new motion. Have a muscle strain in my lower cheek.

Had three sessions of E-Stim and five of ice.

Hopefully tomorrow I'll be fixed up...

Drills 50:00 [3]

General ball touches, sprinting, passing, and crossing

Running warm up/down 15:00 [2]

My legs are a Non-Newtonian fluid.
Tight and hard when pressure is applied, liquid when no pressure is applied

Soccer (Scrimmage ) 50:00 [3]

Full out game with the ladies, really tired after such a long couple of days, but we were still able to pull through and have an intense match!

Drills 1:20:00 [4]

Fast pace drill work. We'd get a 2 minute break every 5-10 minutes.

Running warm up/down 15:00 [3]

Annnnnnnnnnd I'm at college!

Playing for Johnson this year, let's see how this goes *fingers crossed*

Soccer 1:00:00 [3]

Technically not allowed to start practicing (NCAA rules) but since the coach wasn't there, we were good to scrimmage!

It was nice to get to know everyone and see what the strengths of the team were.

(I tried really hard not to make an ass of myself, which I succeeded! I laid low for the beginning of the game, and managed to have ten assists but later I felt more confident and score 6 goals ^_^ )
