i forget my time but i think that it was somewhere around there. an iffy race cause i wasn't used to the scale or the terrain or even running.

strength 30:00 [3]

so really this should be yesterday... since i never went to bed... cough cough. i just got caught up in my book, and then really wanted to finish it, which didn't happen until 1:45, and then since we were leaving in just an hour i didn't see much point in falling asleep just to be woken up again, so to pass the time i did strength!! i felt pretty darn good for 2 o'clock in the morning! :P but now i only have 15min before we leave and while contemplating while doing planks i remembered a gagillion things that i still need to do.

gosh i don't think i'm normal...

Note

i got my stitches out today. the doctor really had no clue what was going on because she asked ME if my cut was infected... isn't that her job? she also put this "breathable" clear plastic bandaid thingymadooer on but it doesn't seem to be working very well cause my wound is all goopy, yucky and suffocated looking. i reallyyyyyy wanted to go running today but i ran out of time with getting ready to leave and everything. maybe tomorrow though if i'm not drained from getting up at 3am and then helping to drive for the next 16hrs. i'll be orienteering friday though!!! yayy!!

cycling 1:53:00 [3]
ahr:170 max:200

so basically i went biking. and it was fabulous. and epically epic!!! i went with my dad and my uncle and used my grandma's bike which took a while to get used to... the gear shifters were all funny and whenever i was climbing i'd end up on a higher gear and just make thing so muc harder. the best part though was then it just started pouring and thunderstorming and lightninginging...... it was so incredibly windy too and we were cruising down this hill at the time. i was pretty sure i was going to die cause i couldn't see anything and we were going super dee duper fast and the bike was wobbling cause of the wind. i'm still alive though (yayy!!!) and the sky did clear and it was all nice and happy and sunny!!! oh and the stitches in my leg didn't explode or do anything nasty like that.
