Decent run, I had a lot of little hesitateions, but no serious mistakes or what not

About the same type of run, my legs felt dead the entire second half, so that didn't help me

Mile intervals, goal was 5:50 - 5:55, and I didn't hit it at all

Three trail loop, PRed by about 2 minutes from the end of last year. Calves are really tight, I wasn't breathing too hard, but felt my legs couldn't go any faster.
