The junior class had etiquette training today, and I was standing the entire day today. After the first 100, I was already really tired, I think from the meet, and the yoga the past two days. Handed off a stride behind, but we won

Decided to not do the mile, as I was like, really tired. I got the lead before the break, kept it to 250 to go and was passed, tried to lengthen my stride a little and get into a faster foot speed rhythm, and passed him back at the 200 to go mark and held him off to the finish. I've never felt so plain tired with out running a lot, which I haven't been, and am suprised at the time I got
