Not sure if this is allowed but I'm counting today as a long run day. 18k total, just spread over 3 runs.

To the train station. Got a bit lost in the caravan site, but Michael did the same on his bike.

A very small tour of Sheff from Cliffhanger with Mikey and Kathryn. From Devonshire Green, up through Weston Park, a lap of the botanical gardens and back via Decathlon for Kathryn's 'get good powder'.
We were going to go to Endcliffe but the two of them were moaning so much I agreed to cut it short just to stop them from bailing entirely and going to spoons instead...

And a nice easy plod back home from the station. Didn't get lost in the caravan site this time :)

Stoodley Pike fell race. 1st FU23.
Narrow paved path all the way up the hill so was very stuck with very little chance to overtake. Could definitely have done the climb at least a minute faster. Along the flat top and flat track back I really struggled to get any pace up, which is unsurprising with a lack of speed work in general. Room for improvement anyway! 1st female was Holly Page in 21 something.... Mad.
