My first run after the Ragnar Relay. I decided to make it a longer one due to the prediction of rain the next two days.

Slept 9.5 hour last night, got up for 2 hours and then slept for another 4 hours. I was very tired from running 15.4 miles at the Ragnar Relay, with getting up at 3:15 AM Friday to be at the start and getting only 2 hours of sleep on Saturday night between my runs.

Leg # 29 on Cape Cod Rail Trail ending at Arnolds Restaurant which was closed. I ran a total of 15.4 miles over the two days ( between 1:45 PM the first day and ending my runs at 9:22 AM the next day) a total of about 20 hours time.
