I am really happy with this race. I was moving at a consistent, quick pace. I pushed myself on the flats and never stopped moving on hills. I was nervous going into this weekend because most of my training has been playing soccer, but evidently it's working. In past long races I have struggled with picking a route and sticking with it, so I focused on that during this race. There were a few legs where I could cut some distance (hugging the line more on #4 for example), but my navigation was generally on point. Oh, I had an embarrassing bobble on the last control... I may have lost up to 20 seconds. Whoopsies!

ATTENTION ORIENTEERS: I Will be selling a pair of size 8.5 Accelerita 2 icebugs this weekend at Nationals. (If no one buys them there, I will bring them to NAOC.)
