First game of the season! We lost to Newton South but it was a really good game (10-12). I played the whole time and wow are my hamstrings sore.

We did a lot of stuff today in preparation of our first game tomorrow. I twisted my weak ankle again, and it was really bad this time. I'm going to get it wrapped tomorrow and play in the game.

By far my favorite exercise from the weekend. My ankle felt pretty good, I was moving quickly, I read ahead, I had flow into and *out* of the controls, and I simplified efficiently. Only one or two mistakes.

Orienteering 39:17 [4] 4.01 km (9:48 / km)

Relocation exercise with Erin, Ethan, and Michael. I felt bad because I couldn't keep up with them when Erin was getting us lost, but I beat Ethan one of the four times we relocated and I beat Michael two times mwahaha :)

Blank map compass exercise. Surprisingly, I nailed every control except the first one and some small hesitations. Go compass! But then I re-twisted my ankle (the one from last weekend) and had to walk back before everyone else finished to get it wrapped...

This went pretty well, I love Line Os. I had one mistake when I caught up to Michael and Evalin and didn't pay enough attention.
