30 mins total. Spread throughout the day. 1 set right after practice. Then a second set a little after practice.

All start today. These are either max set, or the amount of the day from the year. So if it's January 26 then I do 26 sets of 5 each. However if it's 200 days into the year then I do 200 reps of each exercise.

Hey all. I was assigned a 26 page research paper on string theory. I am starting to understand the basics of the theory, however , when the articles start to explain the theory in more depth, it's way over my head. Please any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I did 8x200 repeats plus 45:00 ab, strength, and plyometrics workout. I felt like I was going to die. Then afterwards I ran a mile at orienteering race speed reading Norway maps.
