Orienteering (Sprint) 21:05 [4] 3.0 km (7:02 / km) +100m 6:01 / km

Fun sprint at Woodland Park. This was my first time there and I really like that park! Made a few mistakes but nothing major...oh, and it was really muddy so running shoes weren't exactly the best choice of footwear...I almost wiped out a few times

Orienteering race (Relay) 15:48 [4] 2.3 km (6:52 / km)

First leg of the relay, started out kind of behind but ended up catching most of the people in the group I was running with...the hill up to the last control was killer

Orienteering race (Relay Part 2) 13:48 [4] 2.2 km (6:16 / km)

Second loop of the relay I was pretty much by myself the whole time, a few small mistakes. I still hate that last hill...

Cruise intervals again, I only did 4 because my legs were tired from all of the racing this weekend and I was supposed to be taking it easy. 4X (4 min at tempo, 1 min recovery jog)
