Late for spin so put together my own WOD
Strength - hang cleans and front press squats. Worked up to 155lb and 5 squats
WOD - 3 rounds of:
10 hang cleans @ 105lb
20 36" box jumps (the big one)
Took 10 min 4 s to complete, just what the doctor ordered.
Finished with G-H dev extensions and sit-ups and a 2min plank.
Ready for vacation!
Heading up to Collingwood, if anyone knows of some good family friendly (6, 4 yrs old) trials, let me know.
